Join Community Habitat Programs Contractor Network

Rescue a House. Restore a Block. Renew a community. Community Habitat Programs Inc. (CHP) is calling on contractors, tradespeople, service companies, and skilled professionals who believe successful businesses can do more than generate profit—they can help strengthen families, restore homes, and rebuild communities.

CHP invites qualified contractors and service providers to add their companies to our Community Contractor Network, a roster of businesses willing to provide services to eligible CHP clients at discounted rates or, when possible, on a pro-bono basis.

Our goal is to build a network of responsible businesses that understand that profitability and community service can work together.

How the CHP Contractor Network Works

CHP clients referred to participating contractors will receive a CHP Client Qualification Code identifying the level of assistance for which the client has qualified.

Depending upon the client's circumstances and CHP program eligibility, a referral may be designated for:

• Pro-bono service

• Deeply discounted service

• Reduced-rate service

• Standard or negotiated paid service

Participation does not require a contractor to accept every referral.

Contractors maintain full discretion to review each service request and determine whether they have the availability, capacity, and financial ability to accept the project.

A contractor may accept or decline any CHP referral based on the scope of work, scheduling, resources required, the client's ability to pay, and the contractor's ability to provide discounted or donated assistance.
