Community Habitat Programs' Vision aims to  acquire and restore overlooked one-to-four-unit distressed residential properties that are often too small, complex, or dispersed for larger developers. Our Mission advances housing rehabilitation, Healthy Homes for seniors, veterans, and families, homeownership, workforce development, neighborhood revitalization, and local economic opportunity.

  • $100 helps fund marketing, donor and recipient relations.

  • $500 supports debris removal and property stabilization.

  • $1,000 helps fund inspections, surveys, or professional assessments.

  • $5,000 may sponsor a defined rehabilitation component.

  • $25,000 may underwrite a major construction phase.

  • $50,000 establishes a leadership partnership.
